Tim brings a successful track record as a corporate VP and over eighteen years of organizational leadership experience to his coaching and consulting practice, including in sales, marketing, sales management, public relations, personnel, recruiting, training, turnarounds, start-ups and mergers. His clients range diverse industries, including construction, manufacturing, education, aviation, financial services, health care, high tech, telecommunications, real estate, business services, pharmaceuticals, government, education and non-profit management.

Tim is currently one of only two coaches in the state of Kansas with the Master Certified Coach (MCC) designation. He is a Certified Master Coach in the area of business and performance development for managers, directors, vice presidents, executives, small business owners, and entrepreneurs.
Tim helped launch the coaching program for the Wichita-based Kansas Leadership Center, a non-profit organization dedicated to promoting the quality of leadership across the state of Kansas. He serves on the KLC coaching faculty and as Consultant to its Coaching Team, through which he supports a unique philosophy of leadership that reflects Kansas civic culture.
He is a graduate of Wichita State University with a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Marketing and holds Total Quality certification from the Wichita State University Center for Management Development. As a believer in lifelong learning and development, Tim went on to earn his masters degree in Organization Management and Development with an emphasis in Evidence Based Coaching from Fielding Graduate University.
