“Leadership is patient, Leadership is kind.
It does not envy, it does not boast, it is not proud.
It doesn’t dishonor others. It is not self-seeking.
It is not easily angered, & it keeps no record of wrongs.
Leadership does not delight in evil, rather it rejoices in the truth.
Leadership always protects, always trusts, always hopes, always perseveres.
Leadership never fails.”

Does that sound familiar? It should because this is a variation of the Bible verse 1 Corinthians 13 4-8 where you can replace the word Leadership above with “Love”.
In episode 318 last week I talked about the Top-10 Dysfunctions in business. Number one & number ten on the list dealt with the ineffectiveness and lack of understanding of leadership.
If you want to stand out ahead of the norm, you must be a contrarian leader. To be that unique leader of influence I suggest you equate leadership with love.
Read 1 Corinthians 13 4-8 again and replace the word Love with Leadership. Isn’t this the type of leader you’d want to be around? Isn’t this the type of leader you want to be?
I rejoice in its simplicity & dually appreciate the challenge to intentionally live it out day-to-day.
Let me know your thoughts.
